Since 2020, we've built a Remote Gaming Server that lets our client manage their game portfolio, deploy games at scale and monitor player behavior and transactions - turning a single business idea into a fully licensed, high-performance iGaming platform.
The Challenge
Our long-time client came to us with the idea of expanding their current business model to include Game Providing. To achieve this, they needed to create a Remote Gaming Server that would allow them to manage their game portfolio, easily deploy games to the platform, and monitor player behavior and transactions. A very important element of the platform was to be a highly detailed system for analyzing and monitoring player behavior and analyzing traffic on platforms.

Our Approach
Two core pillars drove the platform architecture: seamless third-party integration and deep player intelligence.
The platform's most important goal was to create an easy integration system with external providers. RGS allows for wallet-to-wallet integration. Our solution enables easy integration with other RGSs and platforms that adhere to generally accepted market standards for endpoints.
We created a system that classifies players based on bet size, return frequency, and session length. This allows for better player targeting across platforms and provides casino operators with a significant amount of valuable data.

What We Overcame
Due to the platform's importance, the entire development process had to be carried out with as few iterations and errors as possible - any correction could prolong the licensing process and increase the costs of resubmitting applications to the MGA. To this end, we conducted an internal ISO 27001 audit for createIT with the client, ensuring the highest possible standards of software development continuity and quality. This rigorous approach guaranteed that the platform met all regulatory requirements on the first submission, protecting both the timeline and the client's investment in the licensing process.
